ATDI's flagship military product, HTZ warfare, is a sophisticated communications Electronic Warfare planning tool for all technologies operating in the VHF band and above. ATDI has sold electronic warfare tools to a number of Armed Forces and Government Agencies of countries in Europe and other parts of the world. The system is used as a stand alone planner, or as part of a larger system, including direction finders, intercept receivers, jamming systems and RPVs (remotely piloted vehicles). The system can be used on a laptop PC and can be interfaced directly to a GPS system to provide positioning information.

The HTZ warfare system is used as a desktop planning system for a wide range of communications infrastructure projects, including:

  • Military police network planning and optimisation
  • Training area communications planning
  • Exercise communications
  • Safety communications for weapons firing ranges
  • Fixed microwave network planning and optimisation
  • Fixed VHF communications, including emergency systems following all out war
  • Convoy protection planning, both for humanitarian operations and domestic convoys involving VIPs or special weapons
  • Event communications, such as air displays, open days and ceremonial
  • Planning and optimisation of ground to air communications such as air traffic systems
  • Planning and optimisation of automatic direction finding systems for lost aircraft or aircraft in distress
