HTZ Warfare Overview
HTZ Warfare is ATDI's flagship RF network design and spectrum management software product that specializes in both pre-deployment
and real-time simulation and analysis of military tactical communications. The following are several examples of HTZ Warfare's outstanding capabilities.
HTZ warfare features a comprehensive set of radio planning capabilities that enables the design and optimization of military
communication networks for frequencies ranging from a few kHz up to 450GHz. Unique electronic warfare and tactical communications
functions allow accurate simulation of the battlefield for advanced mission planning.
All-in-One Solution:
HTZ Warfare is a comprehensive tool box for modeling radio communications in the MF/HF/VHF/UHF/SHF/EHF
frequency bands. Included are analysis features for the following technologies:
- Land mobile radio
- Fixed wireless access (point-to-point and point-to-multipoint)
- Indoor
- Maritime
- Aeronautical
- Radar
- Satellite earth stations
- Other terrestrial based networks (cellular, broadcast, telemmetry)
Application specific modeling features
The user can choose to conduct path profile analyzes, Line-Of-Site (LOS) plots, talk out and talk back field strength coverage plots for NLOS systems,
co-channel and adjacent channel interference studies, co-site interference analysis (up to the 21st order intermodulation calculations),
capacity studies, various levels of spectrum analysis and more.HTZ Warfare specializes in military and government oriented RF network
planning and spectrum management analytical needs with specific features for modeling:
- Frequency hopping systems
- Dedicated mode for modeling microwave systems
- Radar and radar countermeasures
- Importing from legacy databases for spectrum coordination analyzes (i.e. importing US Government Master File, Industry Canada TAFL)
- Ad-hoc deployments, "On-the-Move" connectivity studies of troop movements in urban environments
Communications Electronic Warfare and Tactical Simulations/Training
HTZ Warfare is also considered the only commercial off-the-shelf Electronic Warfare/Attack modeling/training platform in the world.
The tool offers dedicated features for modeling:
- Direction finding
- Jamming
- Radar
- Signal interception
HTZ warfare includes a built-in capability for dynamic modeling or 'Real Time Situational Awareness'.
The HTZ warfare interface allows the user to connect to message traffic updates of node movement at a transmit dependent rate that
can average an upload time of 5 ms/update.
